Echelon Residentials was founded by two identical twins who happen to both be Registered Nurses and 12-year Finance Army Veterans.

We are excited to provide a range of services, including housing for individuals facing financial challenges, improving communities by renovating distressed properties, and serving as an educational resource for those interested in real estate investing.

Through our healthcare positions, we identified a unique need for adequate housing for individuals without stable living situations upon discharge.  This mission has since expanded to assist any individuals experiencing transitions in life and in need of stable housing.

We also strive to have a broader impact on communities in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. We assist in revitalizing neighborhoods by renovating properties, which positively impacts these communities by increasing their market value and deterring crime.
