What type of payments are accepted for weekly rent? We accept Zelle, wire transfers, SSI, SDI, and voucher payments from organizations. Rent will be paid on a monthly basis.

Are there any rules and protocols I am expected to follow as a resident? We have a guide of house rules including curfew and weekly chores, that can help you make a decision if our living space will work for you. Please see our forums page for access to house rules, agreements, application, etc.

Can I tour the residence before I apply? Please email or contact by phone to tour our space. You may also apply same day onsite.

How do I report any issues / deficiencies at the house? Please report any and all issues to the housing supervisor who will then relay to the house operator. If your issue is not resolved or addressed within 3 days please use Groupme to directly report to housing operator.

Are there any rules I must follow while residing? Please see our House rules. There are a number of rules that must be followed to continue living in our residence, and any violations will result in immediate termination of your agreement.

What services are offered at the residence? Our residence will serve those in need of affordable housing, and we do not offer any medical or day to day assistance. All applicants must be able to care for themselves independently and are responsible for all ADLS, transportation, food, clothing, and medication administration. Any programs or resources will be referred through a third party. Please see about page for a full list of what each location offers.

How do I apply? All applications and agreements can be filled out online and signed. Review our application process then fill out a intake form first and wait 3 days for a response.

Do you offer cash for my home? This is highly dependent on the pricing for the home we agree upon. However, many times we will be utilizing a hard money lender who can approve financing in as little 7 days which is just as good as a cash offer.
