HOUSE RULES AGREEMENTS
Please follow all rules according with your housing agreement.
No smoking, drugs, or alcohol allowed on premises
No food allowed in private rooms
Must be fully clothed in all common areas
All personal items will be kept in private rooms
Must clean up all personal items, dishes, etc.
Must wash own laundry at least once a week
No visitors unless approved by management 24 hours in advance
Lights out and quiet hours are from 10 pm – 7am
Noise should always be kept to a minimum
All personal items will be kept in private rooms
No talking on speakerphone or playing music out loud
Limit of 15 minutes per bathroom use (including showers)
Must be in house before 10 pm unless otherwise permitted
No using foul or vulgar language
Turn off all electronics and lights when not in use
If you are found to be in violation of any house rules we reserve the right to ask to leave at any time with no refund offered.

Immediately clean all spills
Never enter another guests room

Clothes must be worn at all times outside of room
Smoke only in designated areas
Food only allowed inside kitchen
Must be willing to submit to random drug tests at any time
