House Supervisor Requirements
Please refer to this list for requirements that must be maintained in the role of house supervisor:
o Orient new residents to space (tour, reiterate rules, give welcome packet)
§ Provide tour
§ Reiterate rules
§ Have resident complete intake form
§ Give Welcome Packet
§ Collect signatures for rental agreement and rules agreement
§ Collect payment, copy of photo ID, proof of income
o Communicate all house deficiencies to house operator to include broken equipment, pest issues, etc and document with pictures as necessary
o Maintain move in / out list
o Oversee chores are carried out and report if not completed
o Communicate all rule violations to house operator (cleaning, noise, curfew)
o Inform house operator when residents vacate, bag any items left behind for 30 days with date and name
o Document and report all resident complaints
o Charge ring lights as needed

Failure to maintain all duties as described may result in a forfeiture of your lease agreement and rent payments/ living arrangements will be adjusted accordingly.
